Project Description

Exploiting crowdsourced measurement data to derive high resolution pollution maps and assess the health impact of exposure to air pollution represents one of the core research thrusts of OpenSense II. The goals in this domain include the development of a crowdsensing platform and of the necessary algorithms and techniques for providing participation incentives, ensuring data quality, and negotiating user privacy tradeoffs.
